UPS Mail Innovation sucks?

I don't understand it. It's taking forever, I Ordered stuff from Urban Outfitters a week ago from today, yeah the holiday messed it up but whatever. Their tracking sucks sooo bad. They don't have times. It RARELY updates. The UPS tracking tells you exact MINUTES and exactly WHERE it is. Apparently my stuff went from Atlanta Georgia to Connecticut in a day THAT'S 17 HOURS. It's only two hours from my house now don't you think it would be here today? nope. The stupid thing says exactly what it did yesterday, MY STUFF WENT NO WHERE TODAY? I hate this so much.

1. Yes UPS tends to slack off sometimes. You can expect it tomorrow. Most of the time their tracking is quite accurate. Sometimes it's just all confusing and weird. But the same thing has happened to me a lot of times.

3. As someone who buys pretty much everything off of the internet, and ships a lot of stuff as well, UPS is generally faster than the USPS AND Fed ex, so quit yer b*tchin, it wouldn't be there for another two weeks if it was another company anyways.
4. I know , and yet they have the nerve to increase the postage on packages and what not. GO Fig !
