How many miles does ups innovation mail cover in a day? Does it go on weekends?

They gave me a range of friday to wednesday. Right now on friday it says that it is about to enter the mail stream 400 miles north in new jersey. I am in Virginia. I REALLY dont want it to come and I was wondering when you think it will come and how much they cover in a day. and of course if it can come on the weekend

1. They travel from state to state in about a day. They do work on the weekends but they don't deliver. So they just take things from state to state.
