America's Test Kitchen Bistro Steak Dinner Recipe?

I lost my copy of this recipe- and I can't find it online anymore without having to pay for a subscription to a site. Does anyone out there have this recipe? It's the one that starts with cutting the 2 steaks into 4 and then putting them in the oven for 10 minutes @ 200 degrees before searing them- then you make a pan sauce... I just need the ingredients- I remember the rest! Thank you!
