  1. put more in about your volunteer roles (editor, organising fashion shows, fashion blogs etc) - in fact, list these with work experience. build in the key skills with employment/transferable skills x
  2. You need to take your age off and any references to you being young. The reason is that there is now age discrimination legislation which makes employers nervous, so the best thing is to not mention your age at all. Your most recent employer should always be at the top and fill out your duties a little bit more - do you serve clients on a one-to-one basis (Jaegar will want to see that)? Cut down the personal stuff, where you have travelled doesn't count as an achievement, I would put the fashion show bit in plus your love of fashion and photography and take everything else out. Focus on what you have done and what a fashion retailer is going to be looking for... - Can you sell - Can you put an outfit together - Can you hold an easy, natural conversation with a client - Can they trust you with their merchandise
