what would be a good job for me?

I am looking for a job that is at least like 12 dollars an hour. What i am good at is: -I don't know if i am good with kids but for some reason kids like me. -I am good organizing and telling people what they are supposed to do. -I can be creative but i would like to be creative with things that you just can't get wrong. -I understand people and even though i tend to be shy i can respectfully talk to people and do my job I tend to be clumsy when i am overwhelmed so i couldn't pull off a really busy large restaurant for sure. I like to work around people but not were i trying to win people over on my idea or trying to sell something. I would like to work indoors but i also don't like sitting in a desk all day. Things i like to do: I like feeling that i am important I like to do new things. I am adventurous. I like helping people. I love the feeling of a new project. I like to think things up and think of new ideas and using them. I am not so creative with my hands unless it comes to like interior design and putting together a cute outfit but i also don't want a profession as a clothing designer. I want an associates degree. If you can think of ideas for me for an associates degree or even a job that i can have with only a high school diploma would be great.
