Suitable name for a Japanese sushi restaurant?

it's for an interior design project. the restaurant is very sculptural as it takes inspiration from origarmi. I actually think origami is cute, but need some more ideas! the restaurant is very cultural and takes account of Japanese culture. thanks xx

1. Origami is a great name, but other ideas... Scroll? has the whole paper and roll ideas going on. Folded Crane or Fish Fold?
