Why do bathrooms need art or pictures on the wall...?

are we not a little busy to be taken in a museum while we are having our "moments"?

1. ...They don't...? It just helps to decorate spaces to make them feel comforting and not like a prison.

5. Well, it's better to do everything in a nice-looking place. Even poo. lol Besides, you do more in the bathroom than just that.
6. All my bathrooms ever have is a towel rack, mirror and maybe a clock so I can tell when I have to get out of the shower!
7. Well I don't know about you but it doesn't take me serious concentration to use the bathroom I can even look at pictures while I do it :P fairly gross to read that back lol
8. They don't need them if you want to sit there and count the tiles or the stripes on the wallpaper its good. But you know? 10. So what would you prefer, mirrors on all the wall? Now that's scary. I like the bathrooms at the strip clubs, they have comics on the walls, so you have something funny to read while standing at the urinals.
