What is the building code for a restaurant for handicap bathrooms?

what is the minimum size the bathrooms can be to be handicap accessible. please give me and actual number value. the last time i asked this question no one gave me a number value. i dont care if its federal or state laws. give me both if you have it. I live in Massachusetts. i just want a general value. its for my architecture class.

1. If you are incapable of even knowing where to find local building codes, you aren't going to succeed as an architect (at least I wouldn't hire an 'architect' who doesn't know how to find that stuff and relies on anonymous Yahoo Answerers for their info). Try your local municipal building or county contractors licensing/permit place.
