Please show me career path?

1.Sir Whether my career is promising?? because uptil now career journey is rough. Iam mechanical engineer by profession working in design field.what are the best possible career fields for me coz i have intrest in many fields. 2.When will i get married and some information about my wife, her looks career, nature. 3. Also please throw some light on D-10 chart. when birth time is changed by few seconds ( say from 00.04 A.M to 00.04.40 A.M) my D-10 lagna is changing from tauras to gemini. Giving you some imp career / job changes. 1. Joined my 1st job in June 2006. 2. Joined 2nd job in Jan 2008. 3. Again changed my job in Dec 2008 and joined a reputed organisation.
