What kind of unique costume can I create with these items?

I can't seem to find anything costume-wise this close to Halloween, but I was just invited to a costume party. Of these items I already have, what can I make from them? - Lots of body rhinestones (very tiny) - Ice blue (very bold) contact lenses - White spray-on temporary hair colour - Lace fingerless gloves - Lots of makeup Thanks in advance.

get a white and light blue dress (long or short it doesn't matter) and u can b an ice princess or queen or something like that

Ohh a water sprite or mermaid {minus the tail haha} something along those lines. I do like the ice princess suggestions too. You can go with the ice blue, white theme: pop in the contacts, do your make up in black or blue make it all swirly and add the tiny body rhinestones as accents. You can also put the stones going down your neck or something and hands/feet. Colour your hair with that spray in stuff, so it has an icy sheen to it. And use the gloves too...or throw them my way xD I'm doing a group thing and being the white rabbit haha. Be creative! I hope I helped. ^^
Lily Munster. Was that her name? The woman in the Munsters TV show? She had the strip of white hair and heavy eye make up. I don't know if her eyes were blue (the show was in black and white), and you may not have to use the rhinestones, but get a white dress, a black cape, put on your gloves, and pile on the makeup (google her, there are tons of pictures). Man, I used to love that show! That and Scooby Doo are the first tv shows I can remember watching.
Definitely go with the Ice Queen. Spray your hair white and wear pale make-up, with blue or gray eye shadow to set off the contact lenses. Make snowflake designs on your skin with the body rhinestones. Add silver glitter if you can get some. Wear a white or blue dress, the more plain the better. Check your closets or friends to see if they have tinsel to accent the dress. Wear a silver tinsel garland as a boa. Add white or blue wings if you want to turn it into "winter fairy." Visual Kei/ J-rocker style costume! It's like perfect set of materials. The rhinestones could be used near your eyes to make your eyes stand out more with the contacts.
