Looking for good company to host my website?

Looking for a good company to host my website that will offer allot of design tempelets and styles for me to do this myself without HTML or what is a good company that can design and host my website for me around $50-$100?? I am creative but don't have allot of time to do this I need to get my website up and running ASAP please help!
