Should I go to ikea to do my kitchen remodel?

Looking at remodeling our kitchen for the holiday since we're gonna be having lots of guests. I was thinking about going to Ikea for the remodel. Prices seem good.

1. Take a look at the Kitchens forum on Ikeafans.com You can ask plenty of people who have done their kitchens with IKEA products what they think and see what they did and even how they did it.
2. It is pretty much the whitest place you can shop. Cheap, but not too cheap, and practical. If you want to be a Jones then yes, go ahead, but if you want to fashion your own identity out of your kitchen... well, it will take a bit more work.
3. Prices can be expensive if you compare them to ready to assemble cabinets. They can be just as good and you can save money and invest in a high quality countertop or another room in your house. I suggest that you do research online before you go with the ikea stuff, good luck!
