Why do Ukrainian people never have garbage cans in their bathrooms?

This has been the case in 9 out of 9 Ukrainian bathrooms I have been in.

1. They like to carry their trash around with them... incase they need it later.
2. I actually take that kind of offensive seeming as I AM Ukrainian! Maybe you shouldn't be so darn rude about other countries!
3. I have two bathrooms in my house, and I have a garbage can in each of those bathrooms. Maybe those particular people did not want to decorate their nice bathrooms with an ugly garbage can, so they prefer to take their trash elsewhere. You seem to know a lot of Ukrainian people, why don't you just ask them???
