Motion Graphics tutorials online?

Does anybody know a website where they show you how graphic designers produce motion graphics for music videos and broadcast. I want to know what software programme they used and what steps they took in the creative process i.e: The Hours music video (Ali In The Jungle) how did they design it???? Please any websites related would be much appreciated thanks!!
