Help! Creative design universities in London?

Hello everyone, I would love to attend a university in london for a master degree in creative design. But, I am completely LOST! I just finished my bachelor degree in communication and would like to enroll in visual communication. it is such a Vast field!! I do not know what to do! What are the best universities for such field? Which are the most known?
