I need to design a modern, elegent, and stylish french room please give ideas.?

Hi, I am currently stuck on something. I need to design a modern, elegent, fancy, and stylish french or paris styled room. It needs to have all the elegence and those dramatic colors. Could you help me by listing common french furniture, colors and stores in the United States possibly Caifornia that have these furntiure. I really need some inspiration in order to take on this project.

1. I know of the Shabby Chic look of france. White or Wooden furniture that appears rugged paired with pastel colors such as pink, blue, greens, lilac, et cetera Florals come to mind. There would be fresh flowers surrounding Or their is also the look which I think you are thinking of, i'm not sure of the name of it though it would include crystal chandeleirs, the color pallette would be made up of reds, creams, blacks. It would be modern furniture, sleek not antique. I'm imagining marilyn monroe, audrey hepburn, grace kelly - portraits of women such as them on the wall The ornaments would be swarovski crystal I imagine, I would imagine there would be plenty of lace as well Spotlight lights would be used Vanilla candles in clear candle holders to create the atmosphere I'm not sure of stores in California or even America, I live in another country.
