i need ideas for a small bathroom?

i have a small bathroom and i share it with my 19 year old bro. i dont have a choice and i really dont want to use my parents bathroom all the way across the hall bad when taking a shower! what are some good themes that i can use we both like natural colors. HELP!!!! i cant repaint it we just painted it a fresh white i mean like shower keratin ect.

1. you could do a light blue and have a tan shower curtain
2. fish or animal themes are fun for a unisex bathroom. stripes work well, too. a new shower curtain and throw rugs will make all the difference.
