i need help to use my micro innovations wireless mouse with vista...PLEASE HELP?

I bought a micro innovations wireless mouse and keyboard set and I have the keyboard working fine but the mouse driver isn't for vista, will not install, and I cant find a vista compatible driver. The model is KB982W-F , it seems to be called an optical mouse, has 2 buttons and a scroll wheel, if that helps at all. Makes no sense to me that the keyboard installs but the mouse wont, but I'm so frustrated at this point I'm lost lol. I need help to know what to do asap before I mess up my system any further. Thank you so much in advance for ANY ideas or help I really appreciate it.

1. Vista is 2 years old already. Any company that hasn't bothered to write Vista device drivers for it by now should be avoided like the plague. Buy a Wireless Mouse from a different manufacturer that does include Vista drivers. Then, complain to Micro Innovations.
