If I want to work in construction and interior design, what classes should i take in College?

I want to be able to design houses, and offices, and have the knowledge to build houses and interior design them. what is this profession called and what courses do i take in college?

1. thats architecture major its a DIFFICULT MAJOR!!!!! you need to sacrifice ur social life if you want to graduate with a bachelors in architecture.
2. Architecture is the profession of designing buildings and supervising their construction. You major in architecture which is a five or six year program and take science and design classes. Or you can earn a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or some other fields and then get a masters in architecture. This will take six or seven years. If you want to work only as an interior designer, both two-year colleges and four-year colleges offer degrees in this field. However most schools do not have any classes in these fields at all, so you are limited in your choice of colleges. Good luck.
