How can I use my Micro Innovations IC460C Webcam without the software? Are there any SAFE and FREE drivers?

i bought the M.I. webcam but the software was missing and im wondering if i can use it without the software and is there and safe or free way for me to download the driver for it without harming my computer. Please Help, it will be greatly appreciated
