- Here's some samples of fashion show posters. http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2186/1777081853_6d3fc3f4fe.jpg?v=0 http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1248/3266707199_ef2f81ebd6.jpg?v=0 http://www.portsmouthfairtrade.org.uk/Fashion-Show-Flyer-p1-for-w.jpg As you can see. All you really need is a pic with the name of the show and dates, in type. If you have a photo program you can probably make something up in it by using free clip art: http://www.clipartof.com/gallery/clipart/fashion.html For the digital one, and you can make up another poster in a photo program, for the hand painted poster. Then print it out ( in several pages, if you need a large poster) Use "graphite" paper (you get at a craft store like A.C. Moore's, or Michael's arts and crafts) to trace it onto the poster If you can't get that, you can use these instructions: http://www.ehow.com/video_4973638_collage-work-surface-transferring-image.html to transfer it onto a poster, ( this is assuming you aren't able to draw it yourself). Then fill it in with poster paints. good luck
- Hi - check out a poster gallery of handmade posters at www.artskills.com. There are hundreds of ideas there on how to make a poster really eye catching and to make it stand out from the others. I used their poster gallery to get great ideas for my yard sale poster, but I'm sure it would apply to any type of poster assignment. I know you can search by topic or just browse the whole gallery to get creative ideas. Good luck!
