Does anyone know where to get good modern designed furniture?

I'm over Ikea, but I still want something that is affordable. I'm looking for a sofa that has clean lines and an interesting design. Any websites or stores out there that you know of?

2. Try www.cb2.com or www.westelm.com. Both have very modern designs.
3. Try an auction, consignment shop, second hand/thrift store. You could also try looking in the classified ads of your local newspaper
4. Akia It is a Swedish furniture manufacturer, I think. They have very modern furniture. They have a store in Baltimore but there are others I am sure.
5. www.dwr.com - i dont know if that meets your "affordability" requirement, but modern it sure is

7. Try the House of Denmark Store. They have some very interesting pieces in their stores. I just don't know if there is a location where you are. The ones I have been to are in Michigan

9. I love west elm .com, they have everything even linens that are great....bathroom stuff is so cool.

11. Ikea is pretty good. Otherwise, try to find a Scandinavian furniture store in your area.
