i need a electrical design program that can let me turn lights on and off?

i am doing some small scale electrical work. (control box for lights) and i was wondering if there was a program that lets me turn lights on and off so i can make sure all my wiring is done correctly. basically a program that lets you control the lights so you can see how the wiring works.
