I want to study how people launch their advertisement. I want to see the sample advertising idea.

1. I don't know if it's the sort of thing you need, but check out the "coke side of life" designs - they're always really creative! Just search "the coke side of life" on google images or something.
2. Sample advertising? Those who are creating the advertisements are usually paid professionals the company hires to use on whatever they are advertising. The creative designs come from the artist or graphic artist. If you want to see a sample, that could be anything and you did not supply your interests within your question to be of further assistance. If you are interested in these types of employment you can find "work for hire" jobs in an artists market or look up advertising manuals under the preference you desire.
