UPS Mail Innovations?

Hello, I was suppose to receive my small package on May 2, 2009. I went on UPS Mail Innovation website to track where my package is, and on the bottom it said "Notice Left". Weird thing is, I haven't received any notices on my door or in the mail box. Does this mean that they will try and redeliver it today which is May 4, or do I have to contact them to rearrange for another delivery? Im also wondering if that notice might of been a first notice.

  1. Sometimes when they say "notice left", the driver forgot to leave a notice, ran out of notices, was too lazy to leave a notice, the notice blew away, the notice got mixed up with other items and lost and they couldn't leave it, and any number of other things. What you will need to do is call UPS. UPS can be reached at: 1-800-742-5877. When you call, tell them the delivery date that they attempted to deliver the package on, your full name, your full mailing address including your zip code, and your telephone number. They will try to find a listing of the package in the computer, and if they do, they will be able to re-schedule delivery for you. You do not have to have the actual notice to re-schedule delivery all though it does make it easier for them to locate you in the system. They will not try re-delivering the package automatically. They will try when you contact them for re-delivery. If three delivery attempts fail, they will return the package to the sender.
