1. That is Gordon Brown's half cooked idea. Gordon Brown is good a shooting off his mouth and not following through with it. He used the concept of a New Labour Party in an effort to drive Blair out of office with a promise of a more responsive Labour Party that meets the needs of the people. However New Labour has been redefined at least twice and personally I prefer Blair's stance.
