What would be a fair price to pay to have kitchen and bathrooms cleaned?

I am hiring a woman to do a one-time cleaning of my small kitchen and 2 small bathrooms (small cape cod house on Long Island) and maybe some general dusting and vacuuming of the other rooms of the house. She said we could negotiate the fee. What would be a fair price to offer for something like this?

1. $12-$15 per hour (per person on the cleaning team).
2. First you must tell her what you expect done.... I would suggest have it all done inside fridge inside sink cabinet.... inside stove ... windows inside of bath cabinets shower....... you supply the materials and give her 110. 00 if she does every thing it will take here almost 7 hours
3. In this city they get anywhere from $13 to $18 an hour
