Who designs the Olympic torch lighting ceremonies?

What I mean is like, who design the cauldrons and stuff like that. In the Athens Olympics of 2004, who designed the needle like structure thta was the Olympic cauldron?

1. The cauldrons and stuff like that are designed by architects, while the ceremony itself is designed by a professional event director. In 2004 it was Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava who designed the Olympic stadium, including the retractable cauldron. He also designed several other Olympic venues. The ceremony by itself was produced by Australian Andrew Hugh Walsh.
