What scientific breakthroughs or technological innovations occur while Bush was President?

I know more flat-screens were made, the HDTV, the iPhone were some of them. Apologies for the flat-screens and HDTV. I guess the only scientific breakthrough that happened during the Bush Presidency was the advancement of adult stem-cell research.

6. Making "more flat screen TVs" is not a breakthrough. The inaugural HDTV broadcast was in the 90s, not during Bush's terms. "Hybrid automobile" - Invented long before bush was president. The Honda Insight and the Toyota Prius were popular in the mid 1990s. Adult stem cell research was being conducted (and produced results) long before Bush was president. Thanks for using this as an opportunity to push your agenda though. "The Completion of CERN" - CERN has been around for a LONG time. It was founded in September 1954.
7. None of those were designed by Americans. Although they were invested in by Americans. Lazy Americans. Always expecting the world to make them crap they can buy for cheap.

9. most of the technological advancements...if not all of the ones that matter....were done overseas...mostly from Asia and Europe... Not really reflection on Bush as President though...as these things come from the private sector. The US military, did come up with a "ray gun"...for crowd dispersement....which was outlawed by the Supreme Court however... It uses high frequency radio waves to make your skin feel like it's on fire at a distance of over a quarter mile.
10. Adult stem cell research which has proven to be more effective than using embryonic stem cells.
11. The ability to make stem cells from skin cells. The completion of CERN which I think was still delayed a bit but, I would give the majority of it's construction to the Bush administration timeline. That said, I think the administration tried to halt it's construction several times.
