Natwerk Designs - Are there any good lighting design programs that are INEXPENSIVE?

Are there any good lighting design programs that are INEXPENSIVE?

I found Maclux pro that seems ok and is actually affordable ($400ish). Are there any others in this price range, give or take a few hundred, that I am unaware of and should possibly consider?
