question about my webcam?

i installed the micro innovations ic 50 c webcam but when it comes on the picture is all black i tried to adjust it but nothing works what can i do to fix it

1. hey well im not sure. you could either adjust the settings on the cam through the software installed. or you can just uninstall the cam software. after you uninstall it plug the cam into the port. then your computer will prompt you to install software. it will give you ways to do it. if you have a cd insert it and then follow the instructions. hope this helped
