How do you like your cropped picture?

Yahoo's genius staff are again at their very best when it comes to innovation with the all new "cropped avatar picture" with much less image quality and bigger file size. What else happens when you are bankrupt of new ideas, and HAVE to "innovate" to survive the competition between corporations? I really hope Yahoo gets acquired by a more legitimate company. They should have been wiped out a long time ago.

1. not at all... microsoft once bidded to buy yahoo, but they found it expensive...

3. With all the problems Y!A has, the genius staff decides that the avatar pictures need to be square. Way to go, we're on our way to seeing corporations pulling themselves out of the economic doldrums. Or has too much sun already affected the staff?
4. Crummy idea indeed. The flexibility with the avatar images was one of the more interesting Yahoo! features - sad to say.
