I am web designer but I am not creative how I improve Myself?

Hi Guys I am web designer but I am not creative how I improve Myself. When ever I start To design any website template, I don't know from where I shld start. Plz help me How can I improve my creativity??

1. I am a graphic design student, the way I get creative is to be open to new experiences, like new music, food, cultures etc. The first place I start in a web design project is the color pallette. if you need help finding them visit the sites of paint colors (like Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore etc.), or the Pantone site. Once I have this done I decide on the feel of the site, is it formal or whimsical , what is the target audience and what would they like? then I work on buttons, graphics and icons.
