How can I design a 12V power supply for strobe light with switch?

I am trying to design a 12 power supply for a strobe light that will be mounted on my bicycle. If anyone knows how to put a power supply together that will supply at least 100Hrs of power, let me know. I am referring to a small red strobe light. It does not have LED lights on it. OPTX is the brand.

1. Are you referring to a bright White strobe light or a Red strobe light? You can use a small sealed lead acid battery feeding a timer circuit that will power LED's which consume very little power.
2. Wouldn't it be easier to just go to a bike supply house and buy one of those safety lights they sell just for that reason?
