2. pretty... ... Gash! Is the annoying moving photos supposed to overlap the text? And the google adds just look gay!
3. Very nice. I like it! The vertical scrolling images catch the eye. You may want to make the design more "static" if you want to get a good Google rank, though. If SEO isn't a worry for you, leave it! :-) Incidentally a "landing page" is considered kind of an old practice (it can get in the way of the actual content)... Unless you're selling something on the first page or have something of value to the visitor (a 'join now' type page or a sales letter), you may consider getting rid of that "extra step" a visitor has to take.
