Where can I find creative freelancers to design my logo and website?

I need help with designing my logo, style, and actual website. I need a logo designed for a start up Online magazine for Urban Culture, Music, Nightlife, Cannabis, Movie and Video Game Entertainment. More information would be provided when we discuss through email. I really want my site and blog to be a cohesive, visually interesting, easy to navigate, easy to read, all-in-one site! 1. Y!A tends to attract a lot of youngsters who are pre-professional if not-pre-graduation day. I suggest you place a call to artists on your local Craig's List or other widely publicized forums where artists and web designers might look for work. I search calls every now and then to see if what I do would be what others are looking for. . . .and it can pay off! What you are looking for, though, is a good web designer. I suggest you post this question in the computer category for better exposure . . .and find some computer forums online for possible leads.
2. I would add that a rich source of talented, hungry artists would be your local colleges and unversities. You can put up a flyer or notice on the bulletin boards at their art departments, or insert a low cost ad in the college newspaper.
