What is the ideal truss design for a light tower conforming to the rules of 2007 Science Olympiad tournaments?

What is the ideal lightweight design of a tower truss? The tower must be constructed out of square strips of wood 1/4 inch wide or less. Also, the base must fit on a 20 cm by 20 cm opening and the tower must have a height of at least 40 centimeters. Thanks.
