In a small bathroom I want to add a wainscoating?

The ceilings height is only 84'. To picture that I'm only 5'4" and I can touch the ceiling. Its also a small bathroom, probably 8'x10'. How high of a wainscoating to make the ceiling to appear higher. Do you wanna go short or high? Yes I am painting the top half a different color than the botom half.

1. The lower the wainscoting (chair rail height) the higher the ceiling will appear. For an 8 ft. ceiling the chair rail height is 36 inches, because you have 7 ft. set it at 35 inches.
