How 2 get utilization factor 4 a factory light design where no reflectance from the ceiling at all?

There are tables to obtain the Utilization factor with different reflecting coefficients considering the ceiling, walls & floor. This ceiling is covered with porous materials to reduce acoustic reflecting. How am I suppose to have a table with no ceiling reflectance
