How long should it take one person to clean a small apt size bathroom?

We have a very small bathroom 8'x5' including the tub. How long should it take someone to clean it top to bottom. No organizing. Clean tile tub Surround toilet sink counter mirror wash floor Sorry I forgot to say, I'm going to hire someone to do it. I just wanted an average idea. That way I know if she is trying to milk me for money. Clean slow to get more cash.

  1. half a hourish I just spray the stuff..and let it sit for a 10 min and wipe everything off. and I use a flower waterer (with the head off so its just one streaming water) and i poor it around the shower. It makes rinsing a breeze! The only hard part for me is to breath! Those dang fumes!
  2. 30 minutes.
  3. I'd say anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour. Depending on how dirty it is to begin with and how clean you want it. I've lived in 2 apartments in as many years, both with small bathrooms and it never took me long to clean it. At most, an hour, because when I clean, I cleeeean. I always spent longest cleaning the toilet, because they're gross...and I like mine to be squeaky clean. It'll go by even quicker if you have the shower and toilet cleaners that you just spray in, let sit for a few minutes and rinse. Then all you have to do is wipe the counter, sink and mirror and sweep and mop the floor.
  4. If it hasn't been cleaned in awhile, I'd spend about an hour cleaning. If its been cleaned recently, I think a half hour should do it. The main things you should try to do are disinfect the sink, toilet, and tub, so spend the most time on those. The rest can just be cleaned with windex or other bathroom cleaners and should take less time. Basically if it feels and looks clean, you did what you needed to do. Also a good tip to keep in mind is ventilation if you're using strong cleaners, especially bleach.
  5. it depends if u have every thing out of your bathroom such at clothes etc... if thats all out u can take every thing off of your bathroom sink and wipe it down but before u do that put stuff in the toilet to let it sit. and then when your done with the sink clena your shower and bathtub then do your toilet and then sweep and mop your bathroom floor!
  6. 15 minutes if it is usually cleaned properly. If it is not and tiles are gross and there is lime scale buildup on taps etc. then it could take at least an hour.
  7. It should take about 30 minutes give or take, depending on weather it is cleaned weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. It takes longer to clean a smaller bath rm. than a larger one because, your cramped and can't move as quickly as you can in a larger one. .Don't forget everyone has good days and bad days at work. I'm sure you have days at work that your more productive, than others. On thoes days that you don't feel all that motivated, do you exspect for your boss to take notice and deduct a % of money from your pay. Have a nice day.
