good place to get pictures done?

I am trying to find a good place to get pictures done. I went to portrait innovations and they are good but they cannot do what I want them to do for my daughter's pictures. I want to get one of her where the whole thing is black and white except for her dress. I don't want a place that is really expensive because we do not have a lot of money. We live in Omaha, NE. Or could I just buy a program for my computer and do the enhancement myself? 1. I was just going to say sears before I read the internet link. I can't believe that portrait innovations can't do it. How about Clix or JC Penney?
2. I prefere the picture people.
3. I like olan mills im not sure if you have them in your area.
4. I personally took my son to sears and purchased the disk with the photo package so i had the copywrite and my inlaws could just take the disk to walmart and pick which pictures and sizes they wanted for there desk and wall.
5. I know that you dont like sears but thats where I always go to it is pricey but i pay the extra to get my pics on CD and that also gives you the copy rights to your pics so u can get them reprinted anywhere for cheaper
6. We love JcPenneys....and hate....HATE the Walmart picture me studios (owned by Sears portraits).
