If I don't own Adobe Creative Design, can I purchase CS3 Web Premium Upgrade?

Even though I do not have any Adobe software whatsoever, or, is this for people who already have Adobe 2 or Macromedia?

1. In order to qualify for the best upgrade pricing for Adobe Creative Suite 3 Web Premium you must have a fully licensed copy of either Adobe Creative Suite 1.x or newer or Macromedia Studio MX or newer. There are still discounts available if you own just one product but they aren't as generous. If you're a full-time high school or college student or work for a school system you may qualify for Educational pricing that runs about half the full ticket price. Educational licensing does not allow "for profit" use of the software.
