Who serves the best pancakes of all chains, IHOP, Denny's, Country Kitchen, Bob Evans, ect? list top 10?

Yes Mixter personal opinion it is all relative you know. I have always been keen on Country Kitchens myself but there are also Perkins, Eat n Park and nemurous other place.

7. IHOP most definitely, i love their cheesecake pancakes, i cant have them any more but if i could, i would go there every day for them lol
8. I love Denny's food, but I have to go with Bob Evans, ever have their stuffed pancakes? Oh my goodness, talk about decadence! Amazing stuff!

10. The ones at Waffle House are good, as are the ones at Denny's. Since I don't have Denny's around me any more, then I guess, right now, Waffle House win.
