Does anyone know where you can go on the internet for free home interior design advise?

My friend needs to cover some ugly floral wallpaper to redecorate her room, but can't paint the wallpaper or put up paneling because the house is not hers. She wants to redecorate with a brown & blue lighthouse theme. Any ideas what we could do to hide the wallpaper? Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

1. I would remove the old wallpaper first, but if she doesn't want to do that, then paint a primer over the old paper, or wall paper it with a thick white paper first. The lighter the new paper, the lighter and more solid of color the base has to be. (Otherwise, it'll show through)
2. Try hgtv.com, or TLC.com and search covering walls.
