What is a good house for my Sims 2 family?

I have a new family, one adult couple, two teens (one boy, one girl), and a small pet dog. I am looking for a house with 3 bedrooms 1.5-2 bathrooms (preferably one on each floor), a living room with a TV, either a game room or home office with a computer, and a one or two-door garage with a (sport-)car(s). I'd also like the rooms to be modern but still simple. And the house must have a kitchen with good appliances, a dog bed, a dog dish, and a few other pet items. It would be nice to have a pool/hot tub too. Price is no object but I don't really want a huge fancy 3-story mansion. I have the following Sims 2 Expansion Packs: Glamour Life Stuff IKEA® Home Stuff Kitchen & Bath Interior Design Stuff Nightlife Pets Seasons and Teen Style Stuff I was thinking of something sort of like this: http://thesims2.ea.com/exchange/lot_detail.php?asset_id=741692&searchPage=exch&search=1&asset_type=lot&key=&order=CREATION_DATE+desc&nrows=8&game_version=&custCont=&zoneType=-1&lotSize=&lotLevel=&apartmentSize=&lotValue=&familyFund=&familyWorth=&familySize=&locality=&country=&view=feature&hideFramework=&languageCode= but with a garage and some pets stuff. It DOESN'T have to be like that! It was just a suggestion as to the type of place I'm looking for..

  1. I recommend just building a house, it's pretty easy and it's fun, just make it exactly how you want it.
  2. first, that looked like a pretty cool house. second, you should get teen style stuff because of the teens. also, nightlife because of the vehicles so the teens could drive theirselves to school instead of having a school bus picking them up everyday for school.
