What's the best way to get information about doing an Ikea kitchen?

I'm really inspired by the affordable style I think I can achieve by using Ikea cabinetry in my soon to be remodeled kitchen, but the process seems overwhelming. Where can I get the information I need? Ikea doedsn't seem set up for lots of questions and answers...

2. No, you're right. Customer service isn't high on the priority list at IKEA - that's why you get such great prices. There's a website that IS set up to help you though, and you wouldn't believe the amount of help and support you can get at the forums at IKEAFANS - free planning, assembly and installation advice plus galleries, blogs and lots of other resources. Articles, tutorials, instructions, etc. all for free. YOu just have to register, but it's no biggie. Good luck! A kitchen is a fun, but hairy experience.
