2. you haven't defined the application/usage of the lighting... Unidirectional ? Omnidirectional ? Swivel ? fixed ? Array ? standalone ? halogen ? LED ? polarized ? rechargeable solar ? hardwire ? plastic ? metal alloy ? decorative ?watt/electricity limits ? other design limitations or parameters ? Anyhow, an engineering or home fixtures company could assist you.
