An Interesting/Unique Christmas Gift for Girlfriend?

Well I'm stumped. I'm having trouble thinking of a gift for my girlfriend. (I have searched google/previous questions) Any ideas? We're both college students and we've been dating for 3 months. Here's some info as it relates to my question that might help with ideas. Personality: Unconditionally Happy Optimistic Outgoing Strong Character Adventurous Activities: Running Hiking Outdoors Long boarding Mountain Biking Colors: Sky Blue Dark green Earthy tones Likes: Penguins Certain Sentimental Items (letters, hand made items, etc.) Useful Items Dislikes: Movies Jewelry Expensive cloths (fashion isn't very important to her) Vanity Items (see above) She would really enjoy something handmade. (Also, I'm fairly skilled at making things more complex than cards/decorations) Any help would be greatly appreciated :) Thanks in advance! I've decided to make a hammock chair/stand

1. Hi - here's a gift that is unique and can be inexpensive if you want it to be. I bought my son this awesome life sized vinyl photo sticker for his birthday.
