whats the name of a....ceiling light cover,The hard brittle plastic one???

We have one of these that covers up the lights in my kitchen it has pretty colorful flower designs well...it broke and I remember seeing sheets of these "plastic" or vynil covers at All American store (home depo look alike) :]] but that was years ago...and we tried there and home depo and they don't have any!!!! Can you guys please HELP ME with right name guys!!!!!! So I can search for it online!!! Thanks!!!!!!!!

1. Call a lighting specialty store. The item (I think) is called a diffuser. They are specific to each fixture so good luck.
