creativity in a movie poster? help me ASAP!!?

how can i be creative when designing a movie poster based on a book. some people that i asked said that i can put a scene from the movie or use the colors the flag of the country the story is placed any. i hate to say this but i don't like these ideas, because i have already thought about them.. any OTHER and OoOD ideas? if you want to know what the book is, it is "Indie Girl". I don't think many of you guys heard about it.. but please help me. PS: i dont think i shoul be creative ONLY with the poster. maybe i can show creative by the way i present it. i was thinking about making 5 copies of my final poster, and placing them inside a bag. I could also out tape and a scissor. what i'm trying to show is that im posting these posters in different areas.. got it? do you think this would be a good idea? will it show creativity? if yes.. tell me why.. if no..tell me why not.. and please give me your ideas.. thank you everyone!!

1. Are you obtaining financial reward for this? If so, asking here is like asking someone else to do your job. If you're not creative, do something else.
2. do something artistic whatever you think looks good is all that matters i really don't know i haven't read the book : /
